  • Water, pea protein*, canola oil, refined coconut oil, casing (sodium alginate, calciumchloride, smoke flavor, guar gum, lactic acid), flavor, dried yeast, rice protein, inulin fiber chicory root, yeast extract, seasoning, methylcellulose, salt, potassium chloride, vinegar, concentrated lemon juice, sugars (apple extract, pomegranate extract), psyllium husk fiber, pea fiber, sunflower lecithin , beet powder, carrot powder, vitamins and minerals (niacin [vitamin b3], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin b6], thiamine hydrochloride [vitamin b1], riboflavin [vitamin b2], cyanocobalamin [vitamin b12], calcium pantothenate, zinc gluconate, ferric orthophosphate).
  • Stove: Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add links and cook for 6-7 minutes, turning links frequently.
    Conventional oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Place the links on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes; turn the links halfway.
    Not recommended: Boil in water, fry or microwave.
