Quick hot water bath: Use hot tap water (not boiling). Water temperature may vary. Remove sleeve, place FROZEN sushi package in hot water. Tip: Place a heavy dish on top of the package to ensure it is completely submerged. Set the timer for 7 to 9 minutes. If the sushi is still cold to the touch, return it to the hot water for 1 or 2 minutes until it is completely thawed. Remove from water and let sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before serving. For the most delicious sushi, our chefs recommend enjoying it neither too hot nor too cold, ideally at room temperature (16-21°C or 60-70°F). If it's too cold, continue reheating it until it's completely thawed. If it is too hot, place the sushi in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Defrost at room temperature Ready for lunch!
