  • The dosage is determined by the quantity and quality of the milk, the desired manufacturing parameters (pH, temperature, coagulation time) and the concentration of enzyme. The dosage should be diluted 10 to 20 times its volume in cold non-chlorinated water.
  • Store the original sealed containers at +4°C/+8°C after the arrival in your factory.Maximum loss of strength: less than 1% / month when stored at +4°C/+8°CThe product tolerates room temperature during transport.
