Organic porcine gelatin.

Sook 6 sheets 5 minutes in cold water. Remove gelatin, squeeze out gently.
For hot dishes: Stir squuzed gelatin into 2 cups (500 ml) of hot mixture until dissolved.
For cold dishes: Dissolve squeezed gelatin in 0.25 cups (60 ml) of hot water, then slowly stir 1.75 cups (440 ml) of cold mixture into gelatin.
Chill at least 4 hours. Never boil gelatin. -
6 sheets (10g) will set 2 cups (500 ml) of liquid.
