Feta, this brine cheese with a very white fresh paste, with a tangy and salty taste and a soft and crumbly texture, comes to us from Greek antiquity. Feta is great for cooking or adding to your dishes.
Our free-range Feta, pure sheep's milk, macerated in fine herb olive oil, keeps very well and is just waiting to be opened to be added directly to your cooking.

  • Sheep's milk has a mild, rich and slightly sweet taste. It has a much higher solids content than cow's or goat's milk and contains up to twice as many minerals as calcium, phosphorus and zinc and the entire group of B vitamins. Like goat's milk, the fat particles in sheep's milk are finer, and therefore more digestible than cow's milk. Sheep's milk has been shown to benefit people with allergies or intolerances to cow's or goat's milk, and is ideal for older people or children with special diets.
