The syrup should have been released in 1998. But back then, it was no match for the "Tornado" and shots of Sour Puss. Then a certain Jean-Paul dared to say on Zoom that he was bored with the taste of real raspberries. Fresh raspberries are first frozen to help concentrate the juices. Then our local partner Impress mashes them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar and then filtered. We keep some of the pulp in the syrup so it tastes just like Grandma's jam. And just like said jam, our syrup is free of flavoring and preservatives.
