  • Naturellement Gourmet mango sorbet is prepared by our chefs in the purest Italian tradition. It contains natural ingredients, a smooth texture as well as a most refined fragrance. This frozen treat can be eaten on its own or added to a refreshing smoothie recipe!
  • The sorbet is essentially composed of juice and fruit puree containing less than 5% of milk than traditional ice cream: it therefore contains almost no fat, and thus is ideal for people who want to pay attention to their cholesterol rate.   • A SEARCH FOR AUTHENTICITY
    In the winter of 2018, Avril co-founder and co-owner Rolland Tanguay set off to Italy in search of the best sorbet recipes. He attended the International Fair of Handicraft Production of Gelato (SIGEP) in the city of Rimini.
