Olfactory: Light and fine, this cider gives off fruity scents of fresh apples.
Taste: Very light and very refreshing, McIntosh dominates in this cider and provides an abundant flavor of fresh apple. A hint of sweetness gives a more than appreciable finish to this product! The bubbles from carbonation give this cider a festive side!
Accompaniments: Excellent as is as an aperitif or even to make a cocktail like the Black Velvet. Take while eating as you would with a beer, either with a burger and fries, with chips or even during brunch. -
