Each capsule contains : BlueRich®, blueberry concentrate 36:1 (Vaccinium corymbosum) (fruit) (2.5 to 5% anthocyanins) 500 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: organic flaxseed oil, capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), yellow beeswax, non-GMO sunflower lecithin.
Each 2 capsules are equivalent to ¼ cup of fresh blueberries. Minimum CARO value: 100 units per gram.
The CARO test (oxygen radical absorption capacity) is one of the standard methods for measuring the antioxidant power of foods. The higher the CARO value, the greater the antioxidant power. We recommend eating a variety of foods that provide at least 3,000 to 5,000 CARO units per day.
