  • 500 mg of organic elderberries, pullulane, purified water, carrageenan.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Hypersensitivity can occur, in which case discontinue use. Also discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • 10 to 13 years old: 2 capsules, 1to 4 times a day. Adults: 2 to 3 capsules, 2 to 4 times a day.
