  • Each teaspoon contains 1.5g dried leaf of Cynara scolymus L. (Artichoke).
  • 2 teaspoons (3g) 2 to 3 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 2 teaspoons in one cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, filter.
  • Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you are pregnant or if you have gallstones.
    Contraindications:
    Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or if you have a bile duct obstruction.
    Known Adverse Reaction:
    Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
    Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
