  • Medicinal ingredients: Each 1.5g sachet of herbal tea contains 10005mg of organic purple echinacea leaves (Echinacea purpurea), 127.5mg of organic black elderberries (Sambucus nigra), 37.5mg of root extract. 'organic purple coneflower (6: 1) equivalent to 225mg of purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), 97.5mg of organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), 75mg of organic chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita), 60mg of yarrow organic yarrow (Achillea millefolium).

    Nonmedicinal ingredients: Organic peppermint leaves (Mentha x piperita), dry extract of organic black elderberries (Sambucus nigra).
  • Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.

    Directions for use: Take at first sign of infection. Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.

    Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
