Defrost before cooking.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 to 2 tbsp. of oil over medium-high heat. Place the tofu cubes in the pan and reserve the sauce for later. Saute tofu, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan. Stirring, cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve.
