  • Water, cane sugar, citric acid, cinchona bark, orange zest, lemongrass, spices.
  • 3/4 oz. Tonic Maison is a concentrate. It needs to be added to fizzy water. Suggested serving: 3/4 oz. Tonic syrup, 1.5 oz gin (optional), 4 oz eau gazeuse. A bottle will make up to 25 drinks.
  • The tonic concentrate is a mixture of cane sugar, quinine, orange peel, lemongrass and spices. The quinine we use is extracted from the bark of the cinchona tree. It is the active ingredient in tonic water that gives it its unique bitter taste. The natural pigmentation of cinchona bark gives the tonic syrup its distinctive amber color.
  • Contains quinine.
  • Gluten-free, vegan, without natural or artificial flavors.
  • Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 8 months after opening.
