  • Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic burdock root (Arctium lappa) 450 mg, organic stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) 450 mg, organic cleavers herb (Galium aparine) 225 mg, organic dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) 225 mg.

    Non medicinal ingredients: Organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora).
  • Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 2 tea bags and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bags to release the remaining extract.
