  • Medicinal Ingredients: Each tea bag (2.0 g) contains: organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) 2,000 mg.
  • Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
  • Caution: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if symptoms persist or worsen.
    Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family.
    Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur (rare cases); in which case, discontinue use.
