  • Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic peppermint leaf (Mentha × piperita) 1,500 mg.
  • Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags as directed and allow to steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
  • Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if you have gallstones, anemia, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
