  • Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) 480 mg, organic flax seed (Linum usitatissimum) 105 mg, organic red clover blossom (Trifolium pratense) 90 mg, organic cleavers herb (Galium aparine) 75 mg, organic parsley herb (Petroselinum crispum) 75 mg, organic uva ursi leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) 45 mg, buchu leaf (Agathosma betulina) 15 mg.

    Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic spearmint leaf* (Mentha spicata), organic West Indian lemongrass leaf (Cymbopogon citratus), organic hibiscus flower* (Hibiscus sabdariffa), organic lemon verbena herb (Aloysia citriodora).

    *Organic spearmint leaf, organic hibiscus flower: Fairtrade certified and sourced from Fairtrade producers. Total 22%.

  • Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
  • Contraindications: Not for use during pregnancy, while nursing, or by children under 12 years. Teas containing uva ursi leaf may cause nausea or vomiting in individuals with sensitive stomachs and in children. Teas containing bitter fennel fruit and uva ursi leaf are not for long-term daily use without medical advice.
