In the pan:
Heat 1 c. oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Cook the burger 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
On the BBQ:
Oil the grill and preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Grill the burger for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Internal temperature should reach 74 C (165 F) -
Do not thaw before cooking. Cooking time may vary from appliance to appliance.
