Notice to first users:
Like any other positive dietary change, some people may experience temporary detoxification symptoms such as headaches, constipation, diarrhea and nausea when they start taking Vega One. To limit symptoms, start with a quarter of a serving and gradually increase over the next few weeks. Be sure to drink plenty of water (at least 2 litres/8 cups) daily when increasing fiber intake.
