There are several ways to incorporate NaturellementBio chickpeas into your diet. You can sprinkle them in healthy salads, add them to nutritious soups, and even roast them in the oven to enjoy them whole:
• preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C);
• rinse and drain the chickpeas, then mix them in a bowl with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt;
• distribute the chickpeas on a baking sheet, then bake them for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally;
• let cool.
