Vitamin - D3 2500 IU extra strength | 180 caps

Each capsule contains:
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 62.5 mcg (2500 IU)
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, and Silicon Dioxide in a Non-GMO Vegetable Capsule Made with Vegetable Carbohydrate Gum and Purified Water.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. To be taken with an adequate calcium intake.
Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Precautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; in case of kidney disorders; if taking other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues; if taking prescription medication including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretics; and to determine if you would benefit from a vitamin D supplement. A dose of 15–20 mcg (600–800 IU) of vitamin D per day is sufficient for most people.
Contraindications: Do not use this product in case of hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria.
Known Adverse Effects: Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, ringing in the ears , lack of coordination, or muscle weakness, which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia, or in case of other side effects.
