    Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-4)(MK-4).... 100 mcg
    Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) (Stems, Leaves, and Herb Tops).... 250 mg

    Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
    Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Ascorbyl Palmitate, White Rice Flour, Silica.
  • Adult: Take 1 capsule daily.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, birth control medication, or are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
