Magnesium, (Magnesium oxide) 100 mg, Extract from King's Crown, (Rhodiola rosea, root) 150 mg, (5% rosavin; 15:1 equivalent to 2.25 g of dried root). Vitamin B6, (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg, Nonmedicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Take one or two capsules daily as needed.
