Pour the desired amount of clay into an earthenware or glass container. Cover with water (1 cm). Leave to rest for 1 hour. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste. Plaster: apply 1 to 2 cm of clay directly to the sensitive area and leave on for 1 to 2 hours. Cataplasm: place 2 cm of green clay paste directly on a thin cloth. Fold over the 4 corners. Apply directly to the desired area. In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and discard. Rinse with warm water. Do not allow the clay to dry.
