Plaster: Apply clay directly to the skin in a 1/2-3/4inch thick layer, leave on for 1 to 2 hours to take effect.

Poultice: Dispense clay in a 3/4inch thick layer at the centre of a cloth, fold the 4 corners and apply directly to the desired area.

In both cases, remove the maximum of clay and rinse off with lukewarm water. Do not allow clay to dry.Mask: apply in a thick layer, leave on for 10 min to take effect. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Wipe your skin dry. Apply Argiletz® moisturizing* cream.
