Emile Noël acquired his very first mill in Provence in 1920. A few decades later, this oil mill became the very first one to crush organic seeds, and then to obtain the Organic Fair-Trade certification. Now run by the fourth generation, the family business specializes in the production of high-quality organic virgin vegetable oils. In addition to being made from certified organic fruits and seeds from sustainable and fair-trade partners, each Emile Noël oil is extracted by cold press before being analyzed in a laboratory and then bottled.
Two new products to discover
- DHA+ organic vegetable oil blend: This seaweed oil for salads is naturally rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a source of omega-3 fatty acids. It is 100% vegan and is particularly recommended for good cognitive health. In the kitchen, this product has a sweet and iodine flavor and can be used in salads.
- Organic virgin avocado oil: This emerald green, first cold-pressed oil naturally contains omega-9s. It has a velvety texture and a delicate flavor. It can be used for salads as well as for cooking and baking.
