Nordika Forest essential oil formula is used in aromatherapy as a nerve tonic.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. DO NOT USE UNDILUTED ESSENTIAL OILS. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical attention or contact a poison control center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; If this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. rash, irritation and dermatitis and/or irritation of the respiratory tract); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache, or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflammatory skin or in case of dermatitis. Avoid exposing the treated area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours. Warning: Never add essential oils directly to your bath water, they are not water soluble as the drops will simply float on the water, creating a surface layer of oil that can cause skin irritation. Remember to use essential oils sparingly as they are very potent.

Inhalation: Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (first use) up to 8 drops to a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day.
Massage: Mix 1-2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of carrier oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day.

Add a few drops to a diffuser, to a bath by diluting them with any unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath…) or with EMULSIUM, our emulsifier which is a dispersant of essential oils in water (perfect for bath, DIY body mists and room sprays). It can also be used for massage therapy by diluting it with one of our carrier and beauty oils.
