Since time immemorial, the rose has been famous for its beauty and its unique fragrance. A metaphor for love and beauty bearing an enormous variety of colours and scents, the rose embodies the passions of the heart. Ubiquitous in perfumery, the rose is frequently the middle or heart note of many perfumes. The damask Rose is largely grown in Morocco, Bulgaria and Turkey. Like a hard-won romance, distilling the essential oil of Rose is time-consuming and costly: it takes 4 tons of rose petals to produce only 1kg of the essential oil.

    • Rose 5% essential oil is used in aromatherapy to relieve skin irritations, bruises, minor cuts and burns as well as to help relieve headaches and calm nerves.
  • FOR EXTERNAL AND OCCASIONAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight for 24h to 48h after application. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
  • Topical (Adults): Mix 10 to 20 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day.
