The fresh frozen pollen has not undergone any transformation or dehydration, which allows it to retain all of its nutritional value : vitamins, minerals, proteins, lactic ferments, antioxidant components such as polyphenols and carotenoids.
Freezing our fresh pollen and placing it in an amber glass jar protects it from oxidation, guaranteeing the maintenance of the quality of this amazing product of the hive.

To open the jar, slowly lift the sealed lid with a spoon. Store in the freezer.
Consume one grain the first time you taste fresh pollen, then increase gradually if you don't have an allergic reaction (redness, itchiness).
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to your juices, smoothies, yogurts, apple sauces, green or fruit salads.
60 g replaces a light meal. -
