To open the jar, slowly lift the sealed lid with a spoon. Store in the freezer.
Consume one grain the first time you taste fresh pollen, then increase gradually if you don't have an allergic reaction (redness, itching) Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to your juices, smoothies, yogurts, compotes, green salads or fruit salads. 60 g replaces a light meal.
Consume your raw pollen, avoid heating it to keep its nutritional properties. -
