Our Tradition apple cider is made of a large variety of fresh apples harvested when they are fully ripe. Only the apples that are in perfect sanitary conditions may be first of all inspected, sorted, washed, crushed and finally cold-pressed. Next, the apple juice, freshly pressed without any chemical treatment, is rapidly pasteurized at a low temperature, chilled and bottled. This 100% pure juice therefore conserves all the organoleptic properties found in apples. Apple juice, thanks to the polyphenols it contains, is the best juice in its category. Apple juice is a source of potassium. In the same way, a 250ml portion contains 290mg of potassium, the equivalent amount found in a banana. Without any sugar added, tradition apple juice contains exclusively the natural sugars the apples supply.
