  • Suggested serving: In a wine glass, add 1 oz of Spritz. Add ice cubes and top with a sparkling wine or fizzy water. Garnish with an orange or grapefruit slice.
  • With its taste of bitter orange and its acidic finish, it pairs splendidly with a sparkling wine in a spritz cocktail, or even simply with sparkling water. It can also be used to prepare a Negroni or a Manhattan with a lower alcohol content. It is made with quinine, cranberries, grapefruit, orange peel and sweetened with cane sugar. Buon aperitivo!
