For a deep exfoliation, use your Renaissance glove once a week with clear water free of soap, oil or bath salts. Before exfoliating, relax for 5 to 10 minutes in a hot bath or shower to allow your skin pores to open. Cut off the water from the shower or get up in the tub. Wring out your glove by rolling it from the bottom to the top.Begin the exfoliation process with your neck by making slow stroking movements. Rub the arms in long vertical movements as well as the chest in circular motions. Proceed in the same way to exfoliate the belly, the back, the buttocks and the legs.
