Adults and children (1 year and more) : Dilute a teaspoon in a small amount of liquid, preferably on an empty stomach. Take one to two times daily, as needed or according to a health care practitioner recommendation.
Sore throats and oral ulcers : Dissolve the content of one teaspoon in water and gargle 4 to 6 times a day. The powder can also be applied directly on the ulcers.
Vaginitis : Dissolve one teaspoon in a small amount of water and have a vaginal douche once or twice a day. Take orally at the same time.
