Ramen noodles are a traditional Japanese food. They appear in the form of a nest which opens during cooking. Since these noodles cook quickly, they can be used to prepare a dish in just a few minutes. Our organic Ramen noodles are made from 100% brown rice.

  • Organic whole rice flour, water.
  • Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add one serving of noodles per person. When the nests begin to open, gently separate the noodles with a fork, then reduce the heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles have softened. Pour into a colander and rinse quickly with cold water.
