  • Organic Astragalus, Organic Green Oatstraw, Organic Nettle, Organic Eleuthero, Organic St. John's wort, Organic Ginger, Organic Echinacea, Organic Dongquai
  • Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 4 tbsp of herbs, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Filter.
  • Consult a health care practitioner for a use longer than one month, if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have a systemic progressive or auto-immune disorder, acute infection or if taking antihistaminic. Avoid extensive exposure to sunlight or UV therapy. Do not take with prescription drugs, including oral contraceptives, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have hypertension. May cause mild gastro-intestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness or headaches. Hypersensitivity such as an allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use.
