  • Each tea bag contains 1.5g dried leaf of Salvia officinalis (Sage).
  • Recommended Dose Adults 19 years and over):
    1 tea bag 3 to 4 times per day as infusion. Infuse 1 tea bag in 150 ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
  • If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
    Contraindications:
    Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy).
