  • Each tea bag contains 1.5g dried root/ rhizome of Valeriana Officinalis (Valerian).
  • Recommended Dose (Adults 18 years and over):
    2 tea bags 2 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 2 tea bags in 150ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. For sleep aid: take 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
  • Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
    Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
