May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. rash, irritation, dermatitis, respiratory tract irritation); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. In case of nausea, dizziness, headaches or allergic reactions, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or in cases of dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight. Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply to affected area 3 times daily.
Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5 to 10 minutes.
