A special order product is one that is not in regular stock. When the product is ordered by your customer, our Avril pro team initiates a supply from the supplier.

By adding this type of product to an order, the delivery or pick-up date may be modified.

For in-store pick-ups, our employees who manage the Supplements department in the branch will contact the customer who placed the order when the products have arrived, ready to be handed over to you.

The documents required are the same as for any pick-up order (order number, ID).
