Each vegetarian capsule contains: 30 billion viable cells during the manufacturing (20.8 billion guaranteed until expiry).
Lactobacillus acidophilus 45%, lactobacillus rhamnosus 25%, streptococcus thermophilus 10%, lactobacillus plantarum 7%, bifidobacterium bifidum 6%, bifidobacterium longum 3%, lactobacillus bulgaricus 3%, lactobacillus salivarius 1%.
Non medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, ascorbic acid. May contain traces of milk powder, whey and soy lecithin.

Keep bottle refrigerated. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
