Medicinal ingredients: lactobacillus plantarum HA-119 (8,75 milliards), lactobacillus paracasei HA-196 (7,625 milliards), lactobacillus rhamnosus HA-500 (3,75 milliards), bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum HA-135 (2 milliards), lactobacillus helveticus HA-501 (1,25 milliard), lactobacillus acidophilus HA-122 (1 milliard), bifidobacterium bifidum HA-132 (0,5 milliard), lactobacillus reuteri HA-188 (0,125 milliard).
Non-medicinal ingredients: ascorbic acid, magnesium stearate, potato starch, hypromellose, skim milk, sucrose, trypticase-soy broth and yeast extract.

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur and/or persist beyond 3 days. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily, with or just prior to (up to 30 minutes) meals. Take this product at least 2-3 hours before or after taking any antibiotics.
