Adult : Take 1 capsule every 4-6 hours, up to 3 per day or more as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take the capsules with meals or with a glass of water.
Children 3 years and older. Open a capsule and empty its content into an apple sauce to make it easier for a child or an elderly person to take propolis.
