Our maple syrup, made from the last drips of the sugaring season, is characterized by a rich and distinctive taste of caramel. It's the perfect secret ingredient to add to a sauce to bring out the natural flavors of meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

All-natural maple syrup contains vitamins (B1 and B2), minerals (calcium, iron, manganese, potassium and zinc), antioxidants (54 polyphenols), as well as abscisic and phaseic acids, namely plant hormones known to release insulin in the pancreas, to allow glucose to enter muscles and to lower blood sugar levels. This is one of the reasons maple syrup is better tolerated by diabetics.
