Even though things have changed a lot since then, we continue to appreciate parmentier on this side of the Atlantic.

  • Beef, carrots*, potatoes*, beef broth (water, beef), water, green peas*, hydrated chickpeas*, onions*. *Organic.
  • Preparation in a bain-marie: Transfer the contents of the pot to the top pan of the water bath and let defrost for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and serve.
    Microwave preparation: Remove lid from container and reheat for 1 minute 50 seconds. Stir, taste and serve.
    Storage Instruction: Once the product is thawed, consume it within 48 hours (opened or not).
