Each capsule contains standardized ingredients:
Provitol, olive extract (Olea europaea, fruit) 22 mg (standardized to 12% hydroxytyrosol; 80: 1 equivalent to 1.76 gr of selected olives), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, top) 150 mg (standardized to 3.5% flavonoids [Vitexin]; 4: 1 equivalent to 600 mg of the dried plant), Valerian (Valerianaofficinalis, root) 150 mg (standardized to 0.8% valerenic acid; 6: 1 equivalent to 900 mg of dried roots), Melatonin (melatonin) 5 mg
Nonmedicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Take 1-2 capsules once a day at bedtime.
