Each tea bag contains 300mg Cynara scolymus (artichoke) (leaf), 300mg Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) (root), 150mg Arctostaplylos uva-ursi (uva ursi) (leaf), 150mg Calendula officinalis (marigold) (petal), 150mg Equisetum arvense (horsetail) (herb), 150mg Ribes nigrum (black-currant) (leaf), 150mg Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) (leaf), 150mg Silybum marianum (milk thistle) (seed).

Adults (18 years and over): Infuse 1 tea bag, 2 to 3 times per day, in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.
