  • Each tea bag contains 600mg Matricaria chamomilla (german chamomile).(flower), 300mg Actaea racemosa (black cohosh) (root), 300mg Vitex agnus-castus (chaste berry) (fruit). / Apple, Cinnamon, Cranberry, Hibiscus Sabdariffa, Orange peel.
  • Adults: Infuse 1 tea bag, 1 to 3 times per day, in 150ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Do Not Use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae-Compositae-Daisy family. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; if hypersensitivity-allergy occurs; if you suffer from joint pain. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects. Keep out of reach of children.
