  • Each tea bag contains 1.5g dried herb top of Passiflora incarnata L. (Passion Flower).
  • Recommended Dose (Adolescents 12 to 17 years and Adults 18 years and over):
    1 tea bag (1.5g) 3 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 1 tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Sleep-aid: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).Stop use if hypersensitivity/ allergy occurs. In which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
    Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
